Envelo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Envelo is a business operations platform used to manage customers, contacts, assets, tickets, projects, documentation, invoicing, products, and related business records. This Privacy Policy explains how Envelo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the application.

Information We Collect

We collect information provided by users, including names, email addresses, customer records, contact details, support tickets, project information, asset records, documentation, credentials entered by authorized users, invoice records, product records, and configuration settings.

When Envelo is connected to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online or Microsoft services, we may receive business data authorized by the connected account, such as customers, products, invoices, company information, and related sync metadata.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Envelo, authenticate users, manage customer records, support ticketing and project workflows, synchronize authorized third-party data, maintain audit and sync records, troubleshoot issues, and improve application reliability.

QuickBooks Online Data

If you connect QuickBooks Online, Envelo uses Intuit authorization to access only the QuickBooks data needed for enabled invoicing workflows. This may include QuickBooks customers, products, invoices, company information, and identifiers required to match and synchronize records between QuickBooks and Envelo.

Envelo does not sell QuickBooks data. QuickBooks data is used to provide customer matching, product sync, invoice sync, and related accounting workflow features requested by authorized users.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and integrated platforms only as needed to operate Envelo, fulfill user-authorized integrations, comply with legal obligations, protect the application, or support business operations.

Data Security

Envelo uses access controls, tenant scoping, encrypted storage for sensitive integration secrets, and standard application safeguards designed to protect business data. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for managing access permissions and protecting their login credentials.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Envelo, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support audit or sync history. Authorized administrators may delete or disconnect certain records and integrations from within the application.

Your Choices

Authorized users may update records, disconnect integrations, request deletion of applicable data, and manage access permissions according to their role. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future QuickBooks access but does not automatically delete previously synchronized Envelo records.
