This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of Envelo, a business operations platform provided by AJD Tech. By accessing or using Envelo, you agree to this agreement on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
License
Subject to this agreement, AJD Tech grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Envelo for internal business operations, including customer management, ticketing, project management, documentation, asset management, invoicing, products, and authorized third-party integrations.
Authorized Use
You may use Envelo only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, systems, customer records, and third-party services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining accurate user access, protecting credentials, and ensuring that users comply with applicable policies and laws.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Envelo or connected systems. You may not use Envelo to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Third-Party Services
Envelo may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft services. Use of those services is governed by the applicable third-party terms and authorization flows. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect those services and synchronize related data.
QuickBooks Online Integration
When you connect QuickBooks Online, Envelo may access and synchronize authorized QuickBooks customers, products, invoices, company information, and related identifiers for invoicing workflows. You can disconnect QuickBooks access from Envelo settings. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically remove records already created or synchronized in Envelo.
Ownership
AJD Tech and its licensors retain all rights in Envelo, including software, design, workflows, and documentation. Your organization retains ownership of business data entered into or synchronized with Envelo, subject to the rights needed for Envelo to operate and provide the service.
Availability and Changes
Envelo may change over time, including adding, modifying, or removing features. AJD Tech may suspend access to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, address security concerns, or respond to misuse.
Disclaimer
Envelo is provided as a business software tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envelo is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing accounting records, invoices, customer data, and synchronized information for accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJD Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Envelo.
Termination
AJD Tech may terminate or suspend access if this agreement is violated or if access is no longer authorized. Upon termination, users must stop using Envelo, while applicable business records may be retained as required for operations, compliance, backups, or legal purposes.
